Appointment templates and slots
Define the pickup window once and let it repeat. Daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence generates the slots, and a buyer limit keeps each one workable.

How appointment templates and slots works

Open manage appointments
Go to Manage Appointments under Administration. Pickup and delivery scheduling are both configured from this page.

Build a template
Click Add Template and set the name, start time, end time, slot interval, and the buyer limit per slot. Click Create Template to save it.

Set the recurrence
Click Manage Slot, choose your template and a date range, then pick daily, weekly on selected days, or monthly by date or by nth weekday.

Generate the slots
Click Create Appointment. The slots are generated across the date range and buyers can start booking the ones that suit them.

Adjust as you go
Use the three dots and View Slot Details to inspect and manage individual slots when a big auction needs a wider pickup window.

Questions about this feature
Yes. Weekly recurrence lets you pick exactly which days generate slots, so a Saturday load-out window can run on different hours from a weekday one by using a second template.
It caps how many buyers can book the same slot. Once the cap is reached the slot stops being offered, which is the control that stops twelve trucks arriving at one dock door.
