How delivery and driver app works

Open My Jobs
The driver is notified when a job is assigned. My Jobs has a Delivery tab split into Today and Upcoming so the run is clear before they leave.

Start the run
Select one or several jobs with the checkboxes and tap Start Delivery Job. Statuses update for the office as the run begins.

Find the packed lots
Open a job to see the full order detail, including the warehouse storage path for every packed unit, so loading does not need a supervisor.

Go out for delivery
Once the lots are loaded, tap Out for Delivery. Live tracking status updates so the office can answer a buyer's call without radioing the driver.

Capture proof at the door
Tap Mark as Delivered, then collect the recipient's signature, upload ID proof, or enter the delivery PIN from the booking email. Confirm to close the job.

Questions about this feature
No. The driver app runs on any smartphone and scanning uses the camera. There is no rugged handheld or barcode gun to buy before a driver can start work.
Recipient signature captured on the phone screen, an ID proof photo, and a delivery PIN taken from the buyer's booking confirmation email. You decide which are required before a job can close.
