Warehouse reports
The reports that matter in a returns building are the exception lists. Units with no bin, units never published, and units sitting unsold, each with an age counter.

How warehouse reports works

Open the inventory tab
Go to Dashboard under Home and click the Inventory tab. This is where warehouse counts and exception reports are gathered.

Read the headline counts
Total inventory splits into active, draft, and damaged. Alongside it sit draft items, damaged items, unsold items, unlisted items, and unassigned items.

Work the exception lists
Unassigned inventory is stock with no bin yet. Unlisted inventory is stock never published to a channel. Both carry a day counter showing how long.

Drill into the detail
Click any metric card or count to open the underlying list of units, so an exception goes straight from a number to a job someone can clear.

Common questions
Questions about this feature
Unassigned inventory. It lists every unit that exists in the system but has no bin location, with an Unassigned For day count. That is usually where a unit goes missing between the dock and the rack.
The unlisted inventory report shows units sitting in the building that were never published to a sales channel, with an Unlisted For counter so the oldest dead stock surfaces first.
