How staff and driver assignment works

Assign work
Packaging jobs are assigned automatically by priority, worked out from invoice urgency and the pickup or delivery appointment attached to it.

Check invoice assignments
Open any invoice and the Assignments panel shows the staff and teams attached to it, alongside payment, packing, and delivery status.

Follow driver jobs
Drivers work from My Jobs, split into Today, Upcoming, and Overdue. The office sees the same statuses update as jobs are started and closed.

Read the audit trail
Every unit and invoice carries an activity timeline naming the user behind each action, so coverage and accountability come from the record itself.
