How it works
How real-time dashboard works

Open the dashboard
Go to Dashboard under Home. It opens on the current state of the operation rather than a report you have to run.

Check inventory position
The inventory tab carries on-hand counts split by active, draft, and damaged, plus the unassigned, unlisted, and unsold exception counts.

Follow the sold side
Invoices, payment status, packing status, and pickup or delivery status show what has sold and what still has to leave the building.

Click into the work
Every count links to the list behind it, so a number on the dashboard turns into a specific job for a specific person.

Questions about this feature
No. The dashboard reflects the current state of the operation as work happens on the floor, so the numbers move as units are scanned, graded, published, and picked.
What each person sees is controlled by their role and page permissions. A floor lead can be given the operational counts while financial and revenue screens stay restricted.
