Pick the units, choose the event, set the price, and submit. Titles, photos, and condition grades carry through to the listing without anyone retyping them.
How it works
How auction lot building works

Select the units
In Inventory, filter to the graded units you want to sell and select them. Group View bundles units together, List View publishes them individually.

Publish to an event
Choose Publish Event and pick the draft auction event the lot belongs to. Enter the auction price you want the lot to open at.

Check what carries over
Titles, descriptions, photos, and the condition grade come straight off the unit records, along with any custom lot fields synced from your channel.

Submit for review
Send the request for review. A second person approves it before it goes live, so a mispriced or half-built lot does not reach bidders.

Track what is out there
Published lots are listed on the Inventory Publish page under Connected Stores, so you can see what is live and what is still sitting in the building.

Questions about this feature
Yes. List View publishes units one at a time and Group View bundles several into a single lot. High-value units go out on their own, low-value filler goes out bundled, from the same inventory.
No. A unit can only sit in one publish request at a time, so it cannot be committed to two lots or two events at once.
