How AI titles and descriptions works

Open the AI settings
Go to Settings under Administration and open the AI Content Generation tab, then switch the feature on.

Connect a provider
Pick your connector and model, paste the API key, and set the base URL if you are using Azure or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. The key is encrypted at rest.

Set the house prompt
Write a generation prompt that steers tone, length, and the keywords your buyers search on. It is sent with every generation, so output stays consistent.

Test and save
Run Test Connection to confirm the credentials work, then click Save Changes to store the configuration for the whole team.

Generate on intake
On the Add Inventory form, upload the unit photos and click Generate Title and Description. Review the copy, edit if needed, and save.
