Load sources and consignors
Track who a load came from, where it was collected, and what terms it came in on. Every unit keeps its origin, so recovery can be measured by source.
How it works
How load sources and consignors works

Open the consigners page
Go to Consigners under Logistics and Transport. This is the record for anyone you take goods from, whether you bought the load or are selling it on consignment.

Create the source
Click New Consigner and fill in the contact details and the pickup address. Save it and the source is live for pickups and inventory.

Attach it to a pickup
When you book a collection, choose the source from the dropdown. Its address flows straight onto the driver's job, so nobody retypes it.

Trace units back
Units created from that source carry it on the record. Filter inventory or reporting by source to see which suppliers are worth buying from again.

Questions about this feature
No. A source is a record you maintain for tracking origin, contacts, and pickup addresses. Nobody outside your team gets system credentials, so there is nothing to administer for them.
Yes. The same record covers both. Store the terms you agreed alongside the contact and address, and keep the origin attached to every unit that came in under them.
