Load pickup with proof
Drivers work from a job list on their phone, photograph what they load, and collect a signature before leaving. Units are created in the system when the truck gets back.
How it works
How load pickup with proof works
01
Open My Jobs
The driver gets a notification when a pickup is assigned. My Jobs splits the list into Today, Upcoming, and Overdue so nothing gets missed.

Start the pickup
Open the job to see the address and what is expected, then tap Start Pickup. The job status updates for the office in real time.

Photograph what you load
In Capture Items, add up to five photos per pickup and a description of what is on the pallet. Tap Add Item and repeat for each one.

Collect the signature
Tap Finish Pickup, then capture the supplier's signature on screen and upload ID proof if your settings require it. Confirm to close the job.

Check the load in
Back at the warehouse, tap Mark as Delivered. The photographed items are created as draft inventory, ready to grade, label, and bin.

Questions about this feature
Up to five photos per pickup with a description, the supplier's signature captured on the phone screen, and an ID proof photo if you require one. All of it stays attached to the job record.
Yes. When the driver marks the job as delivered at the warehouse, the captured items are created as draft inventory with their photos attached, waiting for a grade, a label, and a bin.
