Pick which events raise an alert and which stay quiet. Drivers get their job on their phone, the office gets the exceptions, and nobody drowns in noise.
How it works
How notifications and alerts works

Open notification settings
Go to the Notification tab under Settings in the Administration section. Every alert type is configured from this one page.

Enable what matters
Work through the list of event types and switch on the ones your team acts on, such as a job assignment or a booked pickup.

Switch off the rest
Anything left disabled is suppressed entirely. No alert is dispatched for it, which keeps the log readable and the phones quiet.

Choose the channel
Alerts are delivered as in-app notifications and as mobile push, so a driver on the road gets the same event as the office.

Questions about this feature
Yes. Mobile push is one of the delivery channels, so a driver is notified when a pickup or delivery job is assigned and can open it straight from the alert.
Yes. Every event type is individually switchable. Anything turned off is suppressed rather than just hidden, so the system does not dispatch it at all.
